I had an amazing experience with Jai! The visit was off to a great start as we connected right away. She listened and educated me on my skin type, assessed for sensitivities, and uncovered areas of concern. All of which really helped Jai better understand my needs, making me feel super comfortable overall! She efficiently customized a facial and was even able to pivot quickly, with her great attention to detail, as my skin didn’t react quite as planned (not her fault at all.) we opted for a bit gentler of treatment and my skin left feeling calm, soft, hydrated, and refreshed. Jai’s services will definitely be utilized again and I cannot recommend her enough.
