I’m a current tenant. Apartments are not luxury. Dead roaches and dirty apartment when I received the keys. If you have children your neighbors will complain even though you can hear their surround sound through the floor at all hours of the night. If there’s a noise complaint a leasing agent has to hear it for themselves. I pay $100 a month for a garage I don’t have access to because another tenant blocks it. Call the tow company assigned to the complex and they won’t tow a vehicle because they need authorization from a leasing agent. Call and complain to the leasing office and nothing gets done. Pool bathrooms are always locked. Packages get stolen, cars get broken into and there’s always trash piled up outside of the dumpster. Maintenance responds quickly and is very friendly though so that’s good.
Love this apartment complex and the front office staff. They are extremely helpful with the different situations I have experienced/concerns I have. Joslynn has been great throughout each process with moving and transferring units and made me feel welcomed and heard!
Easy processing and moving. The place is neat and clean. Quite and lovely view. We had to relocate soon so we can sign our children in school. The staff was very welcoming and professional. It could have never been easier.
Great customer service, Brian and Aaron were always very prompt and personal throughout the entire application process. It made me feel very comfortable and confident that we’re going to live in a community where the management and staff really care about the Tenants. Thank you.
Joslynn is amazing! I moved back to Tampa from south Florida and she made a very hectic process as simple as possible. Including many calls and emails spanning a few weeks, she (as well as everyone else I spoke with) was always helpful, pleasant and funny. I hope my experience stays as enjoyable as the move in has been. December Update: I have been here three months now and unfortubately Joslynn has moved on to other opportunities, however my time here so far has been great. The community is fairly quiet, clean and friendly. Service requests are answered quickly and the maintenance staff is very helpful. Special mention goes to Brian Griffin in the office! Brian has helped me on multiple occasions with printing and faxing from the business center. I have to send documents off often, and Brian is always super helpful and extremely friendly. Thank You Brian for never making me feel like an inconvenience. I see myself living here for some years.
