If I had not gotten a coupon for 50% off an oil change I would have never gone here because the prices compared to other shops are crazy high. I understand that since the pandemic and everything prices have skyrocketed but I've done my research on different places in the area and they are charging well over what most other places are. Besides the cost, I do enjoy coming here especially to this location they're always so polite and helpful.
I meant to post this a few weeks ago but Keyshaunn (and someone who’s name starts with an M) where very helpful. The last place that I went to never tightened the screw for my lower engine cover, and they helped zip tie it good after the service, which was quick and thorough. Glad I found a new place! I
Russell was very rude and should not be working there! The oil change was great and fast but will never come back to this location ever again. He should talk to people a lot nice.
They forgot to add the oil! My E350 work van stalled 100ft from the shop. Bone dry! One of the employees had to come in his car to add the oil. I use that van to work and feed my family and now the engine has a weird ticking noise and will probably give out soon! My employment depends on it. I was there last Sunday, 08/28/2022
