My mother stayed for 2+ months here at Hampton Inn & Suites. It was home away from home. The experience was phenomenal. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff ensured it stayed this way the entire time. A very special thank you to Gina (hotel management) for going above and beyond for my mother! She was very kind, compassionate, and very professional throughout her stay. If you are looking for a very nice, well-kept, quiet hotel with great staff, don't look any further. You won't regret staying here!!!
Excellent service from beginning to end. We checked in with a very nice gentlemen who accommodated all of our requests. Later that evening he called the room to check on us and ensure the room was to our expectations. The room was very clean, bathroom organized nicely and very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and AC was cold. Next morning we walked down for breakfast. It was very busy with a lot of people in line for the buffet breakfast. The entire spread was clean organized and well presented. The food was good but most importantly the woman serving the area with blond short hair and dark skin was an absolute sweetheart. She ensured everyone was taken care of and with a clean table to enjoy breakfast. By the time we made it to the dining area there was no tables available and she looked around the room to find a place where my husband and I can sit down before I even tried to find it myself. She identified a table that was about to get up and was sure to not only clean it but hold it for me and my husband to have somewhere to eat. Thank you for an all around amazing experience and top-notch customer service.
Stayed here a couple times and haven't had an issue. Staff is super friendly. Decent rooms with some color. Clean all around. Beds are firm. Bathrooms are nice. Water pressure is great. Breakfast is free and hot. Pool looks nice but haven't swam there yet. Views aren't always great but for the money's it's a safe bet.
I did not stay here. I asked to see a room, since been told of Hilton. The main foyer was clean, and beautiful. The desk clerks were friendly and answered my questions. The room they've shown me needs to be renovated. They claimed they're in the process of upgrading. I like that they have microwaves in the rooms, nice bathrooms. They do serve breakfast. (Included in price) I will consider staying at Hilton Brand in the near future for work purposes.
