The staff is very friendly with people and animals alike. They told me what they were doing and why and the experience was a good one.

Called to see if they had a particular brand of prescription cat food that my usual vet was out of. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and snappy and cut me off multiple times. Never been there and now I never will.
I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Dr Ernest is a skilled diagnostician. She has been on the money every time with my 2 dogs. Prior to these 2 I have she graciously helped me with end of life issues for my previous dog. The staff are caring and go above and beyond to help. They are all animal lovers themselves and you certainly feel that. Highly recommend.
