The Temple Terrace Location was very warm and inviting. The greeter was attentive to every member as they entered. Amber Rosario was the agent I spoke with on the phone and handled my account at the location in person. She was very personable and efficient. She handled my account problems and needs very professional and made my process as painless as possible. I was overwhelmed and stressed about my account being hacked. I was able to leave knowing I was in good hands with her and as a member of GTE. Thanks so much to Amber Rosario.

My account had been hacked. I was extremely upset when I found out at my church on Sunday..embarrassing to say the least to find your money is gone… Then to have to wait because of a holiday… deadlines… pending travel.. money gone!!I was ready for a fight!!! Yet enters Taja Dorsey… her professional yet friendly and empathetic approach to my problem left me reassured .. I was ready to cancel all of my accounts and move my moneys to my Out of state account.. Her approach made me feel valued and wanted..My needs were met on every level and though I still had to wait an additional 8 to 10 days to get my 5000 back… Her approach and care of me was well worth the wait..
